Structural expansion joint profiles
EX
Load endurance: light trucks with a maximum total weight of 3 tonnes. Not suitable for premises where hard-wheeled pallet jacks are used.
Material: smooth stainless steel (S=1.0 mm). The sealing is comprised of flexible and durable plastic. Sealing colours: grey and black. Also available in oil-resistant nitrite rubber. Length 3 metres.
Installation: spread a layer of grout on both sides of the expansion joint to adjust the final height of the top of the profile. Press the profile into the grout. After the grout has hardened, bolt the profile at intervals of 40 cm to the floor. The top edge of the concrete surface matches the height of the surface material's thickness under the profile’s top edge - so that the final surface material is level with the profile edge.
Applications: for expansion joints in floor structures, which benefit from a stylish expansion joint profile with an exact structural height.

Material and load endurance: frame comprised of extruded aluminium. Endures light vans with a maximum total weight of 1.5 tonnes. Also suitable for use with shopping carts (maximum weight of plastic-wheeled carts 500 kg). Not recommended for premises where hard-wheeled pallet jacks are used.
